As you may have heard on the news, on February 17th Governor Baker announced he is prioritizing vaccine supplies for the mass vaccination sites, such as Gillette & Fenway.
Local municipalities have been told not to expect more vaccine – with the exception of low-income senior housing, and potentially for homebound residents.
To streamline possible future clinics and to alert you, the Health Department is gathering information from Brookline residents interested in receiving the vaccine. Please fill out the form below. Filling out this form does not guarantee placement, nor are you obliged to attend a Health Department clinic. The form is only intended so we are able to alert you of upcoming clinics (by priority group).
