Hop Curricular Connections Request Form: Summer 2019
Please complete this form if you are interested in bringing your class to a Hopkins Center performance or film. You may be able to take advantage of the Hopkins Center Experiential Learning fund to cover the cost of tickets for your class. This form will help you figure out if you are eligible to have the cost covered for you class, how to reserve a block of tickets to have your class sit together, and how to order tickets.

Whether you receive support from the Hop Experiential Learning Fund, or are paying for student tickets with a departmental chart string, we want to streamline the ticketing process and ensure that your student's learning is enriched by collective experiences of live arts and film.

Please note: all requests are tentative until confirmed by the Hopkins Center, pending ticket availability. You can expect to receive a confirmation of your request within 5 business days (and often much sooner).

To which show would you like tickets? (For Film, Theater in HD and Met Opera, please select "Other" and fill in the title). You can choose more than one performance and one film. If you'd like to split the tickets between two nights of the same performance (e.g., half on Saturday & half on Sunday for "Moby Dick"), please indicate that on the next page.
The Hop Experiential Learning Funding is intended for cases in which there are no alternate sources of funding (e.g. department accounts) and attendance is assigned to students as part of class (i.e. not simply encouraged). Please check the answer that best describes your situation: *
