Remediation Costs - Itemized
Remediation costs are to be a part of the costs considered to restore a damaged structure to its pre-damage condition. These are items necessary to prepare the structure after the damage for reconstruction of the structure. This includes such items as removal of sheet rock or other wall material, removal of flooring, removal of insulation, etc. All labor costs shall be accounted for, even if the labor is volunteer or yourself. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COSTS:

1. Draining water
2. Removing dirt or mud
3. Drying, including the use of spray chemicals, to stop the spread of mold
4. Trash removal from the property
