JSS/ECNF will take photos at this event to post on our website and social media accounts. JSS/ECNF may also record the tournament for training purposes. Both the photos and the taikai video will be shared with event participants via a Drive link sent by email. No photo or video of you will be posted publicly by JSS/ECNF without your permission. Additionally, once the Drive link is shared via email, any participant can request the deletion of an unwanted photo or video.

We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in a photo/video in the Drive folder sent to participants. However, once that folder is sent, you may request the removal of any photo/video in which you appear.
