Pacific Coast Market Collective are looking for Vancouver Island's top Artisans, Designers and Crafters. All vendors will be juried and we will only be accepting a certain number of vendors per category. We will be accepting applications until all spots have been filled. The market organizer reserves the right to select vendors that are the best fit for the market’s venue and demographic. It is not first come first serve. No MLM or Direct Sales will be accepted. Booth sharing is possible, but requires approval.

What you can expect from PCM_Collective: Tastefully decorated for the holiday season, professional pipe and drape booths, social media highlights and thousands of customers as it’s the most established Christmas Fair in the Westshore. Our 2023 event brought in over 5500+ customers.

Each vendor will have the option of adding electricity to their booth as well as tables & chairs. If you are interested in additional add ons, please select that option via the application and I will send the exhibitors package separately which can be ordered through our partnering trade-show company Global Conventions.

*PLEASE NOTE - As the arena has a metal roof, wifi is incredibly spotty and some areas of the arena will have problems connecting to their wifi AND data plans. The venue is continually working to make the connection stronger and will hopefully have additional connectivity options in place for the 2024 market season

Vendors can agree to use these graphics and share event details leading up the event.  *

Additional notes: Vendors must only sell what is listed on their application unless prior approval is obtained. Vendor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, liability insurance and licenses. Vendor understands that they will be legally liable for any negative consequences resulting from the purchase or consumption of their product. Vendors must comply with the venues rules and regulations regarding load in/out, display materials, garbage etc. Vendors must remain set up until the market closes and take down will occur only when the event is over for the day. The market manager reserves the right to restrict any vendor's participation at any time.  *
I have read the notes on Wifi & Cellular service, which can be found near the top of the application and understand the risks. *

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in this event. As I receive a large amount of applications for each market, you will only be notified via email if your application has been approved. This can take 2-3weeks from date of submission.

I acknowledge that I will have to pay the vendor fee within 48hrs of acceptance to secure your spot. I acknowledge that I will not receive a refund if I cancel within 3 weeks of the event date. If you cancel your booth after August 1st but before November 1st, you will receive a 50% refund. *
