What makes you a good coach and leader?
  While we understand that circumstances can change, we are ideally looking for coaches who are able to commit to a minimum of two years with our program. This consistency helps build stronger relationships with athletes and contributes to long-term team development.  Is this something that you are willing to consider
Clear selection

All coaches must meet the standards set by the Provincial Women’s Softball Association (PWSA), which include but are not limited to:

U11 & U13

    Head Coach - Weekend 1 &Foundations of Coaching Softball

   Assistant Coaches – Weekend 1 & Foundations of Coaching Softball 

U15 to U19

    Head Coach -Softball Certified 

    Assistant Coaches – Weekend 1 & 2 & Foundations of Coaching Softball 

-Completing a valid Vulnerable Sector Check prior to the start of the season.

-Successfully completing mandatory Safe Sport, Respect in Sport, and Making Ethical Decisions training through the Coaching Association of Canada.
