The positions are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Webmaster, JCL Liaison, and Parliamentarian. According to our Constitution, you must have attended at least one NJCL Convention or one CAJCL Convention prior to election. For President and Vice-President, you must reside in and attend a post-secondary school in California, as well as had one year of NSCL membership prior to election.
