Join the Owl Patrol! Oakview's Safety Patrol Application 2016
Please read the following information carefully if your child would like to apply for the Safety Patrol program. Safety Patrol is a tremendous help to our school. It is also a big responsibility. We really count on our students to be dependable and good role models. Our hope is to have our 4th grade Safety Patrol students monitor the hallways in the mornings as students arrive and in the afternoons as they are dismissed. 5th grade students will be responsible for helping students in and out of cars at carpool in the mornings and afternoons.
- Morning duty runs from 8:40-9:15 a.m.
- Afternoon duty runs from 3:40 - 4:15 p.m.
- The week(s) your child is not on duty, he/she may ride the bus.
- Schedules will be created after we determine interest. It will be a rotating schedule
- Siblings of Safety Patrol members will need to go home their regular way.

Please fill out this form by Sunday, August 21st. There is a section for your child to fill out, as well.
We will have a parent meeting at 4:00 on Wednesday, August 24th.
