This form is specifically for current members of the ALL ACCESS PD Pass on Teachable who would like to request a prorated credit for their existing plan. Once processed, the credit will be applied to your new ALL ACCESS Membership on Kajabi.

After verifying your details and calculating your prorated credit, we’ll send you a unique coupon code via email. You can then use this code to apply the credit when joining the new membership. Additionally, we will cancel any scheduled payments on Teachable moving forward.
