Once you submit this form & we've discussed your tournament / event in detail - we will get started on blocking hotel rooms and setting up the online booking link.  As soon as we have two hotels ready to book we will email you the link for you to include in tournament flyers, websites, emails & social media posts (and more hotels will be added in as we accept their bids).  If you have a logo for this event, please email it to us so we can include it in the branding on the booking link!
