Application for Veteran Teams: Masumoto Adopt-A-Tree 2019
This application form is for veteran teams (a "veteran team" is a team whose majority of members have participated in Adopt-A-Tree before). For veteran teams, please note the significant change this year in harvest schedule: as we've witnessed a much wider timing of ripening the past two or so years, we want to accommodate this change. If the season pans out similarly to last year (2018), we will offer three Harvest Saturdays. If we offer three Saturdays, your team is only required to come to 2, but of course, that will mean difficult decisions of which fruit to pick when, and if the second weekend there are still green fruit, you may be persuaded to come a third weekend.
Choose a team name to represent you (this will be the name used to find your tree, all team members should know the name). (We also welcome puns.)
Team Leader's Name

An Elberta Peach Tree ($680 fee)
Both: A Le Grand Nectarine Tree AND an Elberta Peach Tree ($1360 fee)
Please type your team members' names, separated by commas. (Reminder: you can build your team however you desire, but we ask that a maximum of 6 people attend each harvest date. You can have different team members come on each harvest date.)

Please type your team members' e-mails, separated by commas
We collect these e-mails so that we can send out important e-mail updates throughout the year outlining what's happening on the farm and when we get close to harvest time, how to find us, what to bring, etc. It is ESSENTIAL that all team members read e-mail updates. Enter your team members' e-mail addresses here, separated by commas. Example:
What do you recall or miss the most about the Adopt-A-Tree experience right now, in the middle of winter?
Share some lessons you and your team have learned through your adopt-a-tree experiences.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
