The press release consists of a text, in English, of maximum 700 words, and can contain a short description of the Client and contact details at the bottom. The text may contain an opening image and a link.
After publishing, the press release will remain on the website for an indefinite period of time in its archives.
The content of the press release will be provided by the Client, who is assuming all responsibility for it, as well as for the rights to publish the information and to use the photos provided.
The topic of the press release should be relevant to our audience: business, legal, IT & gadgets, HR, real estate, lifestyle, travel, etc.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT content about gaming, gambling, casino, betting, and dating.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT content that does not respect the concurential laws, the human rights and non-discrimination principles, as well as any content that can be perceived as harmful for the society as a whole or a specific group.
We reserve the right to refuse publishing materials that do not follow these content guidelines.
After receiving your order, we will send you an invoice payable by bank transfer, card or PayPal, depending on your options below.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) may be added to the invoice, depending of the country of incorporation/ residence (for Romania and the European Union).
All prices are in Euro, unless otherwise stated.
For orders from Romania, the invoices will be issued in RON, at the NBR exchange rate of the invoice date, with the VAT 19% added to the invoice.
All materials will be published only after the invoice has been paid.
For custom packages, payment terms apply according to the written offer.
If you purchased a package and the services were provided partially, you will be refunded the sums paid to us after deducting the amounts paid for the services provided by the time we receive the withdrawal request, respecting the conditions below. The volume discount will not be applied when deducting the sums paid for the services provided, unless the number of press releases published consists of a package. For example, if you purchased 12 press releases and we published 6 of them before you exercise your right of withdrawal - within 14 days of sending you the invoice - we will deduct the ratecard price for the “6 Press releases” package, and refund you the difference to what you paid.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com referring to the invoice number issued and sent to you by us, or, if the invoice hasn't been sent to you, referring to the e-mail&company data used for registering the order.
