Historically, the founding moments of any industry - real estate, finance, technology - have been conducted entirely by an exclusive group benefiting from compounded privileges over generations. For example, in the United States and Europe many women were not permitted to exercise voting rights, open bank accounts or enjoy monopoly over land (ownership). The result of these tightly controlled gains compounded over the years is the transformation of every subsequent industry into another version of a boy's club.

But now, a new infrastructure of individually owned digital assets and community driven governance known as web3 may revolutionize the way we do business. This time, like all the other times, diverse voices deserve to have a seat at the table where this new world is created. Are you ready for it?

The world wide web (www) changed our daily lives completely, affecting the way we work, the way we shop and make payments, the way we communicate, and more. Web3 is bringing the same kind of revolutionary change to industries such as finance, social media, entertainment, gaming, art, fashion and beyond. However, it is still in its infancy, and finally, we are breaking down barriers and allowing ANY BODY with the drive and commitment to be an integral part of shaping this new world.

Web3 may just affect our lives as much as the world wide web did, which means those who are ready for it will be best able to thrive as well as guide its future. Our first program seeks 25 curious and driven female-identifying folks from all industries who are interested in getting the tools they need to be the vanguard of this new wave.
