How can we face our own disorientation while everything is changing around and we don’t find anymore our referment points in this world of uncertainty, conflicts, natural catastrophes? Sailing in the night in murky waters sometimes make us feel desperation: darkness outside and inside ourselves. How, where to find some star to follow? 

Our body perceptions, sensations, movements, expressions remain our roots which let us feel alive and reach each other. We need to act toward one another: hope needs action. 

In the workshop we will try to listen to the roots of psychic energy hidden in our bodies and souls, looking together for resources and meaning. Roots of hope lives where our body feels and meet and in the encounter co-create Hope.

 Come affrontare il disorientamento mentre tutto sta cambiando intorno a noi e non troviamo più i nostri riferimenti nel mondo delle incertezze, conflitti, catastrofi naturali? Navigare in acque torbide ci fa sentire talvolta disperati: buio fuori e dentro di noi. Come, dove trovare qualche stella da seguire? 

Le percezioni, le sensazioni, i movimenti e le espressioni del nostro corpo rimangono le nostre radici, e queste radici ci permettono di sentirci vivi e raggiungere gli altri. Abbiamo bisogno di azioni che ci portino verso gli altri: la speranza richiede azioni. 

Nel workshop tenteremo di ascoltare le radici dell’energia psichica nascoste nel nostro corpo e nella nostra anima, cercando insieme risorse e significati. Le radici della speranza vivono làddove il corpo sente e incontra, e nell’incontro co-crea speranza.
