This reflection survey is an attempt to encourage SEBSers to talk about the thorny issues of casteism, racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of discrimination that they experienced or were accomplices to and perpetrated regrettably during their times at BNKS. The survey results will aid us to push for institution-wide progressive changes that safeguard the rights and uphold the dignity of diverse communities, especially those of historically marginalized and oppressed communities.
