Entry and per person fees will be due as per this payment schedule:
$300 - First instalment/deposit is due upon receipt of this entry form. (non refundable/transferable)$1000 - Second instalment, 31st March 2020 $1000 - Third instalment, 31st July 2020$ tba - Individual per person catering fees, 31st Aug 2020 (amount tba, approx $550)
All fees are inclusive of GST. Prior to November payment, a tax Invoice will be sent out to all entrants. Statements and reminders will then be issued as each payment becomes due.
Fee refunds: In the event that you have to withdraw at any stage, refunds will be based on a sliding date scale as indicated below.Prior to March 2020, 90% of fee'sUp to July 31st 2020, 70% of feesUp to end of Aug 2020, 30% of fees (or upon direct negotiation with organisers)
NOT FOR SUPER ENTRANTS: If you enter and participate in the 2020 Super in July, no fee payments are required other than the per person catering fee's to be paid in August.
Fundraising donation to GIVIT:As part of the your entry into the 2020 RBR in September, you pledge to donate a minimum of $500 to our events charity partner GIVIT. All fundraising donations are to be paid via the events on-line fundraising web site on Mycuase or directly to GIVIT. The Mycause web site and GIVIT bank details details will be made available later in 2019.
