*Factory Full Service includes battery, water-resistance testing, return shipping, and warranty extension (to those who qualify). Full Service includes an extension of the original warranty, for as long as parts are available (up to a total of six years from the purchase date).
**Sapphire crystals are available for many St. Moritz and Momentum® models. Check with us for the availability of this crystal for your watch.

Please do not include the gift-box when returning a watch for service; this increases shipping costs unnecessarily. Please ensure you adequately package your watch to avoid damage while in transit. International customers we recommend marking your parcel "Product for repair only, return to manufacturer. No commercial value. Value is for customs purposes only" to avoid any unnecessary fees. We are not responsible to pay the duty or any custom fees in order to accept delivery of your shipment.
