Teach with JSMA at PSU:                  Using the Museum Space as a Teaching Resource
****POSTPONED - New October date TBA*****
(Session 1) Wednesday, September 25th  |  1:30 - 2:30PM
Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art,  1855 SW Broadway

In collaboration with PSU's Office of Academic Innovation, the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at PSU (JSMA at PSU) invites all university faculty for a guided museum visit and workshop about the role of university museums on campus. This event, led by JSMA at PSU's Curator of Academic Programs, Candice Bancheri, will include a brief introductory tour of the museum's new fall exhibition, Color Outside the Lines from the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation, followed by an interactive discussion and workshop.

Faculty will learn how the museum has successfully partnered with diverse departments across campus, opening doors to future opportunities for innovative and impactful cross-disciplinary engagement in both the museum space and the classroom. This is an opportunity to enrich your teaching approach and connect with colleagues who share a passion and curiosity for arts-integrated learning.

All PSU faculty and our faculty colleagues from surrounding universities are invited to attend. Please register for (1) of the two workshop sessions below.
