Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Beach Blitz 2025! We rely on volunteers like you to make the event a success each year. Most roles don't require any previous experience! And, for those looking out to try new key roles, we love to use this event as a training opportunity when possible.

We hope to begin sending assignments in August. If you need confirmation sooner to make travel or other arrangements, please email vc@beachblitz.org.

Please note: we generally receive more applicants than we can accommodate for certain volunteer roles. We appreciate your flexibility as we assign volunteers where we have the greatest need. We'll reach out to you soon, even if we don't have an immediate fit.

On Friday, we need help with both technical (field build, A/V setup) and non-technical (venue setup) roles. Additionally, we will welcome teams in the evening for load in and potentially practice matches.

A note about FLL and FRC:

We are excited to host both FIRST Robotics Competition (high school) and FIRST LEGO League (4th-8th grade) events at Beach Blitz this year. To streamline operations, we are combining volunteer signups on this form. If you are only interested in volunteering for one competition, please indicate that on your form. If you're open to either event (or a mix of both!) we appreciate your flexibility and will assign you where the need is greatest.
