After you submit this form, our Guest Artist Chair will be in contact with you and will send a contract with all the information you need. Once we have the signed contract back, we will send you your schedule as soon as it becomes available. (Typically 1-2 weeks prior to festival). - All presenters are responsible for bringing their own equipment to be ready for their workshop (ie., MP3 players, boomboxes/speakers, laptops, projectors, screens and any cables necessary for equipment) Arkansas Thespians will not provide equipment.
- Incidental expenses (i.e. photocopies, supplies, parking or transportation to and from your local airport) will be the responsibility of the Workshop Presenter.

College/Vendor/Thespian Troupe Director:
Any presenter that is associated with a college, vendor, or high school will fall in this category.
Presenters cover their own registration cost, travel, and hotel.
Paid $50 for each prepared 45-minute workshop, not to exceed $599 (+ a $1 bill).
Festival Site Area Guest Artists:
Presenters will cover their own travel and hotel expenses.
2 Meals will be provided at Festival. (Festival Meals provided for all participants)
Paid $50 for each 45-minute workshop, not to exceed $599 (+ a $1 bill).
Regional Guest Artists:
(Invited Guest Artists from 70-250 mile range from site of Festival):
Regional Guest Artists will receive a reimbursement up to $200 to cover costs of mileage and meals not offered at festival, but must arrange travel themselves. Receipts and a reimbursement form must be submitted before a reimbursement check is issued.
If you agree to present 5 or more workshops, Arkansas Thespians will arrange for 2 nights lodging at no cost (if requested). Failure to teach 5 workshops will result in the presenter reimbursing Arkansas Thespians for lodging costs.
2 Meals will be provided at Festival. (Festival Meals provided for all participants)
Paid $50 for each prepared 45-minute workshop (minus the 5 required for lodging if applicable); not to exceed $599 (+ a $1 bill).
National Guest Artists:
(Arkansas Thespians will select a limited number of national guest artists.)
National presenters will receive a reimbursement up to $500 to cover costs of travel and meals not offered at festival, but must arrange travel themselves. (Must be coach class, and no luxury car rentals). Receipts and a reimbursement form must be submitted before a reimbursement check is issued.
Lodging will be provided by Arkansas Thespians, if requested.

National presenters are expected to present no less than 10 workshop sessions. Failure to appear or teach less than the 10 workshop will result in the presenter reimbursing Arkansas Thespians costs incurred.
