Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Commitment
By enrolling in a membership with JK Beauty you agree to the following terms:
A minimum commitment of six (6) months is required.
After completing the initial commitment period, the membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month plan unless canceled per the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation After Initial Commitment
Members may cancel their month-to-month membership at any time with a written notice of at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Failure to provide written notice within this period will result in one final billing charge for the following cycle.
2.2 Early Cancellation (Before 6-Month Commitment Ends)
If a member chooses to cancel before completing the 6-month commitment, the remaining unpaid membership fees for the full commitment period will be charged in full at the time of cancellation.
Members who cancel within 30 days after their initial commitment period will be billed for one final billing cycle.
3. Appointment & Service Cancellation Policy
All services require a scheduled appointment.
Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the regular service fee for the missed appointment.
4. Payment Authorization & Billing
By signing up for a membership, the member authorizes automatic recurring payments based on the agreed-upon membership fee.
No refunds will be issued for any unused membership period, early cancellations, or missed appointments.
5. Legal Compliance & Disputes
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of the State of Nebraska.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved
in a court of competent jurisdiction in Omaha, Nebraska.
By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
JK Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with written notice to members.
