This is the application form to reserve the public pool at Kysoc Park for a 4 hour private rental.
Kysoc Pool Rental Fee: $300
The minimum required deposit is 1/2 the fee.
After this rental form is submitted, a Parks and Recreation representative will coordinate the deposit payment over the phone with the contact number that is provided.
There is no guarantee the rental date is officially reserved until a deposit has been paid.
