Yoga for Pain Training - Foundation Training 2017-18
Yoga for Pain Training is open to qualified yoga teachers and health professionals. It's a chance for people of diverse backgrounds to come together to learn how yoga can be a part of multi-disciplinary approach to pain care. With 1 in 5 people experiencing persistent pain you will learn skills and build networks to begin to create new programs in your communities.

Please read the course outcomes and booking conditions before applying and take some time to think through your answers. Each training is a different due to the combination of people that come together and we want to make sure each group is a good mix.

The application process also helps us ensure the training meets your needs. Once we've reviewed your initial answers we may get back to you by phone or email with a couple more questions to make sure the training you're interested in is a good fit for you.

Note that only qualified yoga teachers can teach yoga but we encourage health practitioners to learn about yoga in order to better prepare patients for yoga, to help them find the right teacher, or even to build your own capacity as an empathic carer.
