This application is for MENTORS; there is a separate application for mentees.
The Mentoring Program design includes:1) Two introductory sessions (a group one across pairs as a launch of the new edition, and an individual one between mentors and mentees of each pair to get to know each other)2) Five modules. The first two will be conducted within a month and the rest will have duration of a month. In total the duration of the program will be four months from March 01 through June 30 2019.3) A closing session and final ceremony, and certificates of completion
Mentors and mentees will use online platforms and social media such as Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook to connect and hold their regular meetings. EvalYouth has also customized Learning Management System (LMS) to be used as a central platform for the program.
Mentoring Program Goal: Support upcoming evaluators to become skilled and dependable professionals who can confidently take up evaluation roles in their communities and countries.
Expected Long-term Program Outcome: YEEs are competent evaluators and contribute to the advancement of evaluation practice

1) Mentor should have working knowledge of English. Applications should also be submitted in English.2) Mentor should have a minimum of five (5) years experience in conducting evaluations;3) Previous experience in mentoring young M&E professionals is an advantage4) Mentor should be committed to completing the four months mentoring program (Approx. 4-6 hrs per month)
