PRIVATE LESSONS:

We Require a 24 Hour Notice if unable to attend scheduled private lesson to receive a makeup.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided for Private Lessons, NO makeup lesson will be given to you and you will be charged for that scheduled lesson. If you cancel on the day of your scheduled private lesson, you WILL BE CHARGED. If you are late for your scheduled lesson, you will receive your lesson with the time that is left. If teacher is running late, they will make sure you receive your full lesson time. If teacher has to cancel class for an important reason, student will receive a makeup lesson.

GROUP CLASSES:

No Makeups, Credits, or Refunds are offered for a students missed class(es). If teacher has to cancel class for an important reason, a makeup class will be offered.
