Commitment and Agreement *

Program Fee Acknowledgement (Crew & Helm): I understand that HK$600 fee applies upon confirmation.

Insurance Undertaking (Helm): I agree to comply with the insurance and damage protocols outlined for F3 participants if helming a boat.

Owner Decision Respect (Helm): I acknowledge that the boat owner has the final decision on allowing me to helm.

Consent to inclusion in HK Flying Fifteens WhatsApp group: I agree to be included in the HK Flying Fifteens WhatsApp group used for fleet communication. I acknowledge that I can opt out of the group at any time by exiting from the group.

Consent to personal data collection: By providing my personal data, I consent to its collection, use, and retention by HK Flying Fifteens Association for administering the sailing program, coordinating fleet communications, and other directly related purposes in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
