Please select the dismissal option you would like to choose for your student for each day of the week. This will be their "normal" dismissal schedule, and parents must call the school office by NOON each day if they would like to change it.

NOTE: EDP will not be an option for dismissal each day, as families will need to sign up on a separate form each day they need EDP. We recommend that families who plan to use EDP every day at dismissal select car pickup as their dismissal option on this form.
