Bring binoculars (if available).  Please dress accordingly for the weather conditions. Trails are mostly crushed-gravel, along with some walking over grass fields.   In case of inclement weather or changes in location/start time, the trip leader will notify all participants via email.

I understand and agree that I am participating in this bird walk entirely at my own risk and assume all related risks, both known and unknown. I understand the nature of the terrain and the type of field trip/event which I will be participating in. I am capable of safely undertaking this field trip/event and hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Lake County Audubon Society (LCAS) and walk leaders from any and all claims, suits, or actions for liability, damages, or compensation. I acknowledge that I am physically able to participate in this activity and do not have any medical conditions that might affect my safety.

I understand that by participating in this event I consent to the use and distribution of any photograph or video taken by LCAS or on its behalf for any LCAS purpose without my approval or compensation to me and will release LCAS from any liability in connection with the use thereof. I also consent to the use of my name in connection with such images.

Thanks for registering!   We recommend that participants bring binoculars, but please let us know if you would like to borrow binoculars or if you have any other questions.  Expect to walk 3-4 miles on mostly crushed-gravel paths.
