Outside Iredell Request for Period Products
Thank you for reaching out to request period products.  The Mooresville Kindness Closet and our Red Cart Project are currently bound to Iredell County, however, we recognize that period poverty exists everywhere and we want to provide your county/school/community center with pads as a one time offering.  We do not have shipping services at our warehouse at the moment so all requests will need to be picked up at our warehouse location at the Mooresville Christian Mission located at 266 N Broad Street, downtown Mooresville,  NC. 28117.  Once we receive this competed form we will be in contact to arrange your pick up.

How many pads are needed?  We will provide one standard box and based on your request, we will try to accommodate more. 

You will receive one standard packaged box that includes 750 pads. 375 of the pads will be packed in blue ziploc bags in quantities of 5 (75 blue bags of 5 pads).  At this time, we can only offer pads, various sizes. 
Please describe how you will be distributing these products.    In bathrooms with free access, asking a person on site, etc.
