We invite you to nominate an outstanding project, exceptional individual, or worthy organization to be recognized at PACNY’s 2022 Annual Awards Ceremony. All nominations will be reviewed by PACNY’s Awards Committee and award winners will ultimately be approved by PACNY’s Board of Directors. We are pleased to announce that this year PACNY will once again be holding an in-person ceremony to be held at the Bellevue Country Club at 1901 Glenwood Avenue, Syracuse, NY on Sunday, November 12th, 2023 at 3 p.m. To nominate a project, individual, or organization for an award from PACNY, please provide the following information by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27th, 2023:
The Jasena R. Foley Education Award is given to individuals or groups who educate, promote, engender or advocate a preservation ethic in CNY.
The Pat Earle Award is given for a singular outstanding historic preservation project which benefits the community.
The Harley J. McKee Award is given for excellence in the promotion and application of appropriate preservation technology and fine craftsmanship.
The Paul Malo Award is given for projects that juxtapose old and new, demonstrating respect for our past while promoting our community's future.
The Preservation Merit Award is given in recognition of exceptional achievement in historic preservation.
Stewardship Awards are given to individuals, organizations, or civic agencies that have maintained exceptionally high standards of care for historic properties or landscapes.
The Wilma T. Auer Award honors volunteers who have made particularly outstanding contributions to PACNY.
The CNY Heritage Award is given to an individual, group or organization that honors, revives, and shares an important part of our Central New York heritage with the community.
The Dean Biancavilla Award is given to an individual, group, or organization(s) that has successfully advocated on behalf of a specific local historic property or landscape.
