Bookings & Cancellations
~ A deposit of 50% of the event cost should be paid within 3 days from the invoice date. The deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable at whatever circumstances.
~ Remaining balance should be paid at least 7 days before the event date.
~ Bookings are considered confirmed when full payment has been received.
~ In case an event has to be cancelled, advance notice of at least 5 days prior to the event would be much appreciated.
~ Kids' Cooking Hub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for reasons concerning Kids' Cooking Hub. If an event has been cancelled by Kids' Cooking Hub, the client will have the option of rescheduling to another date, or a full refund.
~ Videos and photographs may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Bad Weather Arrangements
~ Amber & Red Rainstorm Warning and Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 1 & No. 3 ~ The event will start as usual.
~ Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning No.8 or above ~ The event will be cancelled. If the warning is still in place at 8am, the event before 1pm will be cancelled. If the warning is still in place at 1pm, the event will be cancelled for the day. The cost of ingredients and materials purchased should be paid by the client. Rescheduling of the event can be arranged within 3 months from the original event date.
