Only ONE nominated delegate from each affiliate can complete this process. a) The nominated Affiliate Coordinator will be the primary point of contact with NSWTAb) The nominated Affiliate Referee Coordinator will be the contact with NSWTA for referee matters
Before reading on please ensure that you are aware and understand the 2019 Vawdon Cup Conditions of Entry & 2019-20 NSWTA General Conditions of Entry.
There are a number of important details that are necessary for this process to be completed;- You will need to know exactly which teams your Affiliate will be entering into the 2019 Vawdon Cup- You will need to have at a minimum the Team Management details (Name, Mobile & Email). All coaches must be be appropriately accredited as per the Conditions of Entry
All contacts require email as this will be the main form of communication for this event.
This process must be completed by the closing date: 5pm Wednesday June 26 2019.
Failure to comply with this will involve, non-acceptance of team(s) entry or late penalty fees that must be paid prior to the commencement of the competition
