Cocktails for Hope - Bottle Program
Collecting information for Chicago-based bulk bottle purchase program. Please note this is not an order form, but a data collecting initiative to ensure we have the demand to warrant bulk purchases of bottles. These bulk purchases will bring the cost of bottles (including tamper evident caps) down to $22.50/case of 24. ( .94 per unit) prior to tax. We are working up a system for verification of the CRT-61s, which would take care of sales tax.
