Concord Elementary and Middle School Summer Camp Registration
CES and CMS have partnered with ABC Academy, Innovate Albion, and the Jackson YMCA to provide our students with free summer enrichment learning opportunities. You will complete a two-step registration process to enroll your student(s). You will first register with Concord Schools. Then you will need to complete your child's registration form(s) with the partner organization. If you do not complete both registration steps, you will not be registered to attend the camp. The directions for the second registration form(s) will be sent to you via email and will include either an online registration link or paper registration form(s) to be completed and/or returned to school by the end of the school year, Thursday, June 10, 2021.

Please read the form and directions below very carefully as each camp has different age requirements, time slots, and availability in general. You will complete one form for each child you intend to register for camp. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR STUDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN SUMMER CAMP, DO NOT COMPLETE THE FORM. IF YOUR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT RECEIVED A LETTER REGARDING SUMMER SCHOOL, THEY MUST BE ENROLLED IN THAT THREE-WEEK PROGRAM BEFORE THEY CAN REGISTER FOR AN ADDITIONAL SUMMER CAMP.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON SUNDAY, JUNE 6 AT 11:59 PM. NO ACCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. SPACE IS LIMITED IN EACH WEEK, SO WEEKS WILL BE AWARDED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
