Agreement to Participate in BIMStorm.
A BIMStorm is a collaborative effort with many participants from around the world. There will be a variety of tools and processes used. Each participant will receive access to the ONUMA System to access information about their project in addition to accessing the ONUMA System to edit projects. By playing in BIMStorm you agree that your participation and project submittal will be publicly viewable by other players, participants and the public. Please do not post any project data that is proprietary, confidential or sensitive. We recommend deleting names of actual projects if they are sensitive or making the data more generic. Each player agrees they are participating in BIMStorm as a volunteer -- to explore the potential of real-time worldwide collaboration. No compensation other than recognition will be offered as part of this participation. The ONUMA System will be used to manage and assemble data about the BIMStorm. Participants will be given access to the ONUMA System during the BIMStorm under the conditions of the ONUMA EULA and SLA. ONUMA System will continue to evolve with features and functionality, to support BIMStorm type events and other industry needs. The ideas and concepts in ONUMA System will remain the rights of ONUMA Inc.. Each individual and team may have processes and knowledge that is unique to them, as well as software that is developed or in development. All rights remain with the original owner. Each player also agrees, that the material generated in the BIMStorm will be published in various formats, including on the web, print and in other media. The BIMStorm web site will list the players by name and their participation in BIMStorm for attribution. Each player agrees to allowing the material and ideas generated in BIMStorm to be published in this way. By participating you are agreeing to the above terms.
