Field work will take place from May 29th to June 7th at the Awatixa site located at the Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site in Stanton North Dakota.
This project will consist of geophysics and geoarchaeology to document features and cultural deposits exposed in a terrace of the Knife River.
To be considered for this project, you must sign up for at least 3 consecutive days.
*Keep in mind that the dates below represent field work days only. You will be required to arrive to camp the evening prior to your first field day.
