Membership Council Application
The Membership Council oversees and provides coordination for the homeless planning, housing, and events and works in conjunction with the ECHO Board of Directors to address policy, communication, and funding as related to ending homeless in Austin/Travis Co. In addition, the ECHO Membership Council serves as the HUD required Continuum of Care (CoC) Decision Making Body as per the HEARTH Act. The 2019 Slate of Membership Council will be adopted by the current Membership Council on December 19, 2018. Membership terms are for 2 years with monthly 2-hour meetings held at ECHO, at 300 E Highland Mall Blvd, Austin, TX 78752.

The Membership Council meets 1x each month at a time/date to be set by the group. It is critical to the work of the council that all members attend the monthly meetings.
