This application is for those who are in school (4-year, 2-year, vocational, or certificate programs) or in the process of enrolling. Please complete this form, providing as much detail as possible. All requests are reviewed by a committee, which includes current staff and CCSC alumni. Names and contact information are only shared with committee members who process funding requests. Your request will be reviewed at the end of each month if you apply at least 10 days before the end of the month. You will get a decision the beginning of the next month.
