Please complete this form in its entirety to secure your booth at the 2025 Tallahassee Beer Festival scheduled for Saturday, August 9. We expect more than 2,800 patrons to pass through the festival. Each booth space is roughly 10x10 with one table and includes two vendor passes. A limited number of double booths are available. Once you complete your form, you will receive an invoice from United Partners for Human Services to secure your space. Your registration is not complete until payment is received.

The cost is $150 for a standard booth; $300 for a double.

On the day of the event, all Vendors, regardless of status, are required to be fully set up by 12 pm and any vehicles in the "loading zone" must be removed.
