Full Service Catering (includes set up, break down, decoration of buffet area, wait staff, serving guests, and re-filling buffet items).

Drop off only (All items will be delivered and set up on wire racks and burners and caterer will exit. All supplies are disposable after event is over. ).

Private Chef Services (15 or less guests * ) caterer will prepare food on-site in clients kitchen.

Cooking Demo (in person or virtual)

Charcuterie Class: for small groups of 15-20 or less, master charcuterie making tips and how to create beautiful charcuterie boards.

Below are my current menus. Please list your order. Example: (1 Half Pan of .... 2 Full Pans of ....) Please note that a full pan serves about 35-45 people and a half pan serves about 10-25 people.... depending on portion sizes. Your quote will then be drawn up based on cost of food, labor, supplies, delivery fee, or full service catering fee if you opt for that service. Chef Jaye will send your quote through a Paypal Quote usually 48 hrs to 1 week depending on how many inquires are received.
