Admission Form must be filled in accurately and honestly. After the successful submission of the form, you are requested to submit soft copies of the following documents at
admincc@northstar.edu.in and hard copies to the Admissions Office along with registration fees (non-refundable):
1. Copy of birth certificate
2. Two recent passport size photographs
3. Colored copy of Child's Aadhar Card
4. Previous School Leaving Certificate (Original)
5. Previous 2 years’ Annual Progress Report/Result
6. Appropriate medical documents, if the student has any medical condition
