Thank you for your interest in the Sonoma Ashram Sadhana & Seva Work-Study Program. This is a focused immersion program for self-study and growth through the teachings and guidance of Baba Harihar Ramji. The Sadhana & Seva Work-Study Program also provides an opportunity to experience the joy of living a life of service through a commitment to the care and wellbeing of the Ashram. The Ashram’s nurturing environment, small and intimate scale, and Babaji’s daily presence, allow participants to deepen their spiritual discipline on as many levels as they are willing to explore.

Practicing and living in the good company of others with similar intentions creates a supportive structure for moving beyond limitations, facing fears, and discovering our connection with our higher Self.

The Program is specifically designed for individuals who are interested in deepening their spiritual practice through developing a healthy daily routine and integrating yoga and meditation into their life.

The initial program period is 1 month which can be extended on a month to month basis.
