ECCC 2019 Panel Submission Form
Interested in hosting a panel at Emerald City Comic Con? You’ve come to the right place!

We’re looking for creative and diverse programming that will truly speak to our ECCC fan base. Apply now and show us what you’ve got!

Please keep in mind, panel slots at ECCC are in high demand and are extremely limited. Make sure your application is the best it can be before you hit submit. Think about the value your panel will provide to fans and what sets it apart from all the rest.

Don't forget- this form closes at 5:00 PM PST on Wednesday, December 5th so get your submissions in early. This application does not guarantee you a Panel slot at ECCC, but you’ll hear back with our decision either way by Friday, December 21st.

We're here for you, so if you have any questions while you wait, feel free to shoot Taylor (the ECCC Content Extraordinaire!) a note at

Your answer
We usually only schedule panels in one hour blocks. If your panel is accepted, you may request more time, but be ready to trim it back if we aren't able to accommodate your request for more time. Times will be chosen based on availability and are subject to change. *
Panel rooms are equipped with wired microphones, DVD players, projectors, and screens. The rooms have VGA laptop hookups (but no laptop), and you'll be responsible for bringing your own if you need one for your presentation. If you're using a Mac for your panel, you will also need to bring your own VGA adapter. *
Do you have any additional technical requirements?
We can help facilitate ordering extra tech with the convention center, so anything above and beyond what has been outlined will be your financial responsibility.
