Advising assignments in the SDS program are made once a month. In the 2025-2026 academic year we will be assigning advisors on the following dates:

Thursday November 6
Friday November 21

Thursday February 26
Thursday March 26
Wednesday April 15
Friday May 1

You are welcome to complete this form at any point during the semester, but if you'd like to be assigned an SDS or MST advisor on one of these dates, be sure to complete the form before that date.

We will email you the official Workday jotform once you are assigned an advisor. You will fill that form out to officially be matched with an advisor. Don't forget to fill out the jotform! You are not declared an SDS major/minor, or MST major, or Applied Stats minor, until you complete the jotform!
