Lincoln County R-III Variance Request Form 

Variance Request: If your student will be using an alternate address for their one pick up and drop off, other than their legal residence, please fill out this variance request.

Students will be picked up and dropped off only at their legal residence unless a variance application is completed and then approved by the District.

You must fill out a separate variance request for each student in your household.

Split/Joint Custody variances will be considered with the following information: Provide divorce decree or parenting plan, a consistent schedule and both parent’s addresses have to be in the same school boundary. 

Bus variances only remain in our system for one year and are not carried over to the next school year. You must fill out a new request each school year.
