If during that time, you've switched to Ledger and might not be able to access the old account, fill out this form so we can check your eligibility and transfer the Common Drops to your desired account. Note that if you've used Stash and Controller setup, you just need to provide us with the Stash account.

The transfers between accounts will be additionally verified.
