We’re so glad you’re joining us for this immersive weekend of learning, connection, and creative inspiration—October 24–26, 2025 in the Grassroots District of Princeton, WV.

This form will help us get to know you, prepare for your participation, and tailor the experience to fit your needs.
💛 The Convening is offered on a sliding scale of $50–$250, but if finances are tight, you’re absolutely welcome to attend for free—no questions asked.

We’re planning to provide heavy hors d’oeuvres on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Details and menus coming soon!
