SCCV Networking Event: Development - Construction - Smart City Night Registration Form

We are pleased to inform that the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam HCMC (SCCV) will be organizing the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The year 2023 marks another significant milestone after the unification of SCCV (Formerly SBG) in Ho Chi Minh City and SBAV in Hanoi, now under single entity of SCCV.

Details are as follow:
Date: Friday, 21st Sep 2023
Time: 5:00PM – 8:00PM (event registration starts at 4:30PM)
Location: Sheraton Hotel & Towers, 88 Dong Khoi Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Dress Code: Smart Casual

Entrance Fee:
SCCV Members: Free (valid membership card is required)
*Seats are limited. To discourage no-show, members are required to pay a VND500,000 deposit upon registration, and no later than Wednesday 14th September 2023. The deposit will be forfeited for no-show but will be refunded within a week after the AGM to who attended the event.
No walk-in
Non-Members: Not valid

6.15 – 6.45PM: Present SCCV’s annual Report 2023
6.45 – 6.55PM: Propose new Constitution, Amendment
6.55 – 7.30PM: Networking & Canape
7.30 – 7.40PM: Lucky Draw
8.00PM: Event ends

Due to limited seating, kindly register only if your attendance is guaranteed by Thursday, 21st September to secure your slot. SCCV Secretariat will drop you an email within 72 hours to confirm your registration. Any cancellation must be made 48 hours prior the event, otherwise No-show fee will be charged (VND 500,000/ per person).
