ME/CFS PPE and Awareness Action 2020 Request Form
ME/CFS San Diego is working to provide PPE to support healthcare workers and to bring awareness to our complex neuroimmune disease.  2.5 million Americans and 17 million people worldwide are impacted by ME/CFS and there are no official treatments and very few recoveries.  Researchers expect that COVID-19 will cause a surge in ME/CFS patients.
ME/CFS patients, friends, families, and neighbors are preparing to process fabric (printing is being donated by BBD Embroidery, the design was made by Get-it-Write Essay Consulting) and construct PPE.  Adult-sized masks, as well as many scrub caps, and headbands are available now.  Ear savers will be available soon
