RSVP: League of Women Voters of Teaneck Canvass - In Partnership with the NJ Million Voters Project
The League of Women Voters of New Jersey, in partnership with LWV Teaneck, is hosting a door to door canvassing event in Teaneck Township to get out the vote on Saturday, May 17th, at 11:00 AM. As part of the NJ Million Voters Project, we are working in coalition to reach 1 million low propensity voters in 2025. Please join us for this event and help increase civic engagement in your community and strengthen our democracy! Learn more about the NJ Million Voters Project here. 

Event Details:
  • When: Saturday, May 17th at 11:00 AM
  • Where: Teaneck, NJ
  • Meeting Location: Richard Rodda Community Center, Game Room (upstairs) - 250 Colonial Ct, Teaneck, NJ 07666
  • Why: New Jersey has multiple important elections in 2025, including for NJ Governor, and voter turnout is often particularly low in odd year elections. We are canvassing to increase awareness of the upcoming elections, help voters make informed voting plans, and talk to community members about the issues they are facing. Our voices matter and our issues deserve more attention. Join us to help lift the needs of the community.
Please Note:
  • This is a nonpartisan voter outreach effort. All volunteers must remain strictly nonpartisan while participating.
  • Experience is not required! We will provide training and assistance for all volunteers.
  • Volunteers will canvass with a partner in pairs.
